The property
A closer look
The house sits at the end of a white lane between Cisternino and Martina Franca. Its oldest rooms retain thick limewashed walls and stone vaults; newer additions open the kitchen and living spaces onto the courtyard.
Four bedrooms are arranged across the main house and a separate lamia, which gives two families enough privacy without losing the pleasure of gathering around one table. The owners still press their own oil, and farm work carries on around the edges of a stay.

A sense of Valle d’Itria
Valle d’Itria is a landscape of dry-stone walls, small vineyards and white hill towns. Cisternino is close enough for morning coffee; Martina Franca is where we go for dinner.
