A closer look
The palazzo is tucked inside the centro storico, two turns from Piazza Salandra. Original star vaults and patterned floors have been kept, while the kitchen and bathrooms are simple, modern and properly practical.
Both bedrooms sit away from the street. Upstairs, the roof terrace looks across church domes and washing lines, with a shaded table, outdoor shower and enough space to let the evening cool down around you.
